Khizr Khan is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of United States of America and the State Courts of New York and Washington, DC and also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District of New York and United States District Court, Western District of New York. He teaches CLE courses and seminars regarding complex litigation, electronic discovery and HIPPA compliance to lawyers and other professionals.
From 2010 to present, he has been in general civil and business law practice and litigation consulting from his New York and Washington, DC office.
From 2007 to 2010 he was Director of Law Technology & Electronic Discovery at a major global law firm based in New York, and from 1998 to 2007, he managed, firm wide, Litigation Technology Services group at a major international law firm in Washington, DC. He holds LL.B degree from University Law College, Punjab University and LL.M from Harvard Law School, Harvard University.
Mr. Khan is founder President of Democracy and Constitution Institute, Washington DC, in this capacity his work include speaking and writing to defend Democracy and Rule of Law at various national and international forums.
His law office provids pro bono legal services to the Veterans, their families and the families of the women and men serving in the Armed Forces and the Law Enforcement.
